- Perform 5G, LTE, and VoLTE testing with analysis of key performance indicators.
- Optimize 5G and LTE RAN networks using traditional and innovative methods.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service.
- Optimize network for integration of new cell sites, small cells, and in-building systems.

You should have a strong customer service orientation, ability to understand and evaluate complex problems, and work well independently and with diverse teams.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience, valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
A degree, knowledge of 5G, LTE, VoLTE, RAN networks, data analysis tools, IP and transport protocols, programming languages like Python and Unix, analytical software, Ericsson systems, proficiency in call flow analysis.
