    We are seeking a Personal Caregiver to join our team You will assist in the daily care of elderly individuals.

    Marcella Manor offers a work experience that most employers are not able to offer. We are known in the community for providing elite care to our residents; that is a direct reflection of the people we hire. We can teach you how to brush someone else's teeth but we can't teach you how to be kind and caring; that comes from within and is just who we are looking for.

    Marcella Manor is an assisted living facility located in a house. This facility maintains low patient to staff ratios (5 residents to 1 caregiver) to allow the residents to have a more personalized experience with their caregivers.

    Schedule: Hiring for DAYS and OVERNIGHTS, 8 hour shifts (occasional 4 or 12 hour shifts), shift times are 7am-330pm and 11pm-730am. This is a PART-TIME position; working as scheduled between 16-32 hours/week. Candidate(s) will work every other weekend and 3 holidays/year. *$1,000 sign on bonus; paid in 3 installments at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year*

    Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently; willing to pass drug test, complete background check, TB testing and complete online Educare training as scheduled. If any of these can't be met, the job offer will be revoked.

    Preference goes to those with experience in healthcare, dementia and/or long term care and a strong work history.

    This is a great opportunity for those interested in healthcare (nursing, medical assistant, CNA, radiology, surgical tech, etc.) to further their learning of basic resident needs, documentation, medication administration, people skills, and time management.

    Job duties:

    • Assist with personal cares (grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
