Description

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly consultant in our orthopedic specialty store (m/f/d), also open to career changers and re-entrants, to strengthen our team in Hickory Hills. As an established orthopedic specialty store, we offer our customers a wide range of orthopedic aids and medical products. In this versatile position, you will work both in the office and in the field, responsible for providing individual advice and support to our customers.

Your responsibilities:

Advising our customers on orthopedic aids, bandages, compression stockings, and other medical products
Fitting and measuring aids
Order and inventory management, including inventory control and reorders
Organizing and conducting aid supplies in close cooperation with doctors, therapists, and health insurance companies
Conducting customer visits in the field to assess individual needs and adjust aids
Documenting customer communication and work processes

Your profile:

Ideally (but not required) experience in the medical supply trade or a comparable qualification (career changers and re-entrants are welcome)
Experience in the field of orthopedic aid supply as well as expertise in various areas such as bandages, compression stockings, and other medical products is an advantage, but not mandatory
