Description

Personal Caregiver Position at a Leading Agency in Mt. Greenwood.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of clients by supervising the home environment.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry.
Provide companionship through social interactions, engaging in conversations, emotional support, and encouraging stimulating activities.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, run errands, assist with shopping, and facilitate outings as outlined in care plan.
Collaborate with the Care Team, offering valuable input and suggestions.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices to deliver services effectively.
Monitor clients and their surroundings, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions to the Home Care Manager/Administrator or Designee.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and direct service hours.
