    Description

    Job Description

    Powertrain Calibration Engineer

    • Conduct powertrain calibration and develop cutting-edge aftertreatment technologies for gasoline engines to meet global emissions and OBD requirements
    • Evaluate vehicle attributes such as performance, fuel economy, emissions, diagnostics, and NVH
    • Adjust powertrain control calibrations to enhance fuel economy, performance, emissions, and diagnostics
    • Plan and execute tests to validate engine and vehicle fuel economy, performance, emissions, and diagnostics
    • Perform vehicle testing and development in various locations including Arizona, Colorado, and Northern Canada

    Skills Required:

    • Proficiency with Accurate Technologies, Inc. (ATI) or similar testing and data acquisition tools and software
    • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
    • Effective multitasking skills
    • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities with exceptional interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Powertrain Calibration
    • At least 1 year of experience with ETAS, ATI, or MATLAB software tools

    Experience Preferred:

    • 5+ years of experience in Powertrain Calibration

    Education Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

    Education Preferred:

    • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

    Additional Information:

    • ***Position is officially Hybrid (4 days per week onsite)***
