    Customer Driven Staffing has been in business and operating in Florida more than 20 years. We provide an extensive number of services to our clients throughout the Bay area. Our Company seeks a motivated & dedicated Overhead Crane Operator that thrives in challenging and demanding working environments. We are seeking experienced applicants for this role in Tampa Florida.

    Shift: 2nd shift/ 2pm-10:30pm

    Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturday, plus overtime

    *Interview required*

    Job Summary:

    Performs activities related to the shipping and receiving of inventory and customer orders by utilizing an overhead crane.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Operate overhead cranes

    Rigging

    Knowledge of products handled, including color coding and customer specification

    Ability to read measuring devices

    Unloading and receiving inbound stock shipments

    Loading of outbound shipments, including all paperwork necessary to perform these duties* Loading experience required

    Properly load trucks in a safe manner

    Perform all other duties as assigned

    Some administrative duties

    Job Requirements:

    Certification to operate overhead crane preferred

    Computer literacy and proficiency

    Ability to read a tape measure

    Knowledge of DOT regulations on load weight

    High School Diploma/GED

    General machine operator experience required

    Experience working with metal preferred

    Manual dexterity
