This is a high-impact role supporting attorneys, Conflicts Counsel, and firm leadership in identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest for new business intake,
lateral hires, and ongoing matter management.
- Conduct comprehensive conflict checks using the firms' electronic conflicts platform (Intapp or similar systems)
- Built thoughtful search strategies that capture client relationships affiliatesand related parties
