We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f) for the private customer sales division of Deutsche Telekom at our location in Hazel Green, WI.

Your responsibilities in the shop:


  • You will advise customers in the shop on all matters related to internet, landline, and mobile products
  • You will handle complaints and assist with problemsolving
  • You will conduct indepth sales conversations about individual products and services, helping customers find the right products for their needs
  • You will process customer orders and handle data maintenance
  • You will participate in productspecific sales promotion measures and campaigns

What we are looking for:


  • Ideally, you have completed a training as a retail salesman or have a comparable qualification
  • Career changers with a technical affinity and interest in the telecommunications industry are also welcome
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • You have gained initial work experience in sales
  • Commitment and enjoyment in customer contact complete your profile
