The Jens Rabe Academy is looking for YOU for our new location in Helmstedt, which is expected to open in early 2023.

Responsibilities:


  • You will work closely with our sales management and support them in their tasks
  • You will keep track of schedules and be responsible for coordinating appointments
  • You will handle all incoming messages for executives and reliably pass them on
  • You will be responsible for administrative and organizational tasks, such as creating reports and templates, as well as planning events
  • You will take care of organizing and booking business trips
  • You will be the point of contact for our partners and customers
  • You have a good sense for people and are highly empathetic
  • Your workday will be filled with diverse and varied tasks, giving you a comprehensive insight into the different departments of the Rabe Academy

Salary: 30,000 Euros gross annual salary.
