- Accurately manage key inventory-related invoices and indirect non-inventory invoices.
- Provide support to the front desk in processing invoices and addressing urgent branch matters.
- Oversee the vendor mailbox and handle vendor requests efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any vendor-related issues that may arise.
- Review and address vendor-issued credits as necessary.
- Conduct research and reconcile vendor statements.
- Manage daily cash reimbursements, including wires, checks, and ACH payments.
