About the Parks:
Both Parks are situated within a small-town environment conveniently positioned between Orlando and Tampa. Frostproof Mobile Village is a hybrid, 55+ mobile home and RV park that houses approximately 115 sites. Just down the road will be Hickory Lake Estates, our 79-site manufactured housing, campground and RV community.
The parks foster an active community atmosphere. Both communities offer great amenities and features such as clubhouses with full kitchen facilities, heated swimming pools, hot tub, dock and marina on Lake Clinch, shuffleboard, horseshoe courts, and much more.
About the Job:
We are seeking a talented candidate to oversee and manage two hybrid manufactured home communities. We require someone with strong leadership qualities who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our parks, which includes promptly responding to all guest inquiries and swiftly resolving any complaints that may arise. Additionally, you will address any issues that could potentially impact park operations or guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Marketing team on all property-related marketing materials to boost reservations and occupancy, while promoting the park. Furthermore, you will partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and train new employees, ensuring all team members are well-informed about and compliant with policies and operational procedures. Other responsibilities include enforcing park rules and regulations, monitoring monthly expenses, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws and park operations regulations, and overseeing capital expenditure improvements under the guidance of the Operations Manager. All responsibilities are carried out while ensuring a high level of service consistent with Applebrook Parks' philosophy.
