Our summer internship program gives current students the chance to make an impact by contributing ideas and adding a fresh perspective to real client projects. And just to make sure you're advancing in your craft, you'll have plenty of opportunities to spend time with team members in your discipline to discuss the latest trends in tech or gain insight on a new skill.

*This is a hybrid position.This role is open in three locations: Charlottesville, VA, Columbus, OH, and Durham, NC.

Your Impact

Exposure to all aspects of software development
You'll explore testing on multiple technical platforms (iOS, Android, Web, etc.)
Your day-to-day work will influence millions of users

Your Background

You plan to graduate in Fall/Winter 2024 or later
A passion for test engineering and are eager to make a meaningful impact on the quality of digital products
You're a self-starter that seeks to embrace new technologies
Experience with one or more programming languages
You aren't afraid to speak up if something isn't working correctly
An eye for detail and organization
The ability to prioritize and manage your workload
Willing to dig deeply into how things work
You love to identify problems and brainstorm solutions
Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization

Bonus Points

You have had some level of exposure with test automation frameworks for mobile and web apps (e.g. XCTest UI, Espresso, Selenium, Appium)

Our summer internship program is an opportunity for you to work on real client projects and make a real impact on our organization all while receiving one-on-one mentoring from our full-time team members. We'll have you with us full time (think 40 hours a week for 11 weeks) and yes, it is definitely paid. Not a bad gig, right?
