Description

As a Field Canvasser, you will engage with the public to promote and raise awareness for our organization's initiatives through door-to-door canvassing and other outreach methods.

• Conduct doortodoor canvassing to promote upcoming elections and elections' information
• Engage with potential voters in a friendly and informative manner
• Deliver compelling participation pitches to generate interest in participating
• Maintain accurate track of voter registration and interaction
• Hit campaign goals and metrics
• Be present at voter registration hot spots to register voters
• Any other campaignrelated tasks, as assigned
• This role requires you to stand and walk for long periods of time in both indoor and outdoor

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
• Previous experience in canvassing or related field is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with individuals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on campaign needs
