What You'll Work On:
- Support our nationwide franchisees with all design needs
- Assist in modifying as needed, and building upon the identities of each portfolio brand.
- Collaborate with ResiCreative and Branding teams to successfully build brands.
- Design of Personal Marketing Assets for franchisees:_
- Headshot variations
- Location logos
- Social banners
- Brand development
- Logos
- Brand guides
- Print Assets & Merch
- Flyers
- Door hangers
- Yard signs
- Window clings
- Truck wraps
- Shirts, etc
- Design investorfacing presentations for each brand.
- Design mobile, tablet, and desktop website pages for each brand and QA website development
- Stay current with competitors, home services marketing strategies, and design trends
What You'll Bring With You:
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience
- Desire to learn and grow while providing excellence service to our franchisees
- Experienced in Adobe platforms: Indesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
- Some understanding of Figma and Canva
- Experienced in task management systems such as ClickUp.
- Proficient knowledge in Google Suites
