    Daikin is looking for a

    Sr Financial Analyst


    to join our team The Sr Financial Analyst will develop, interpret, and implement complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control.


    A Day in the Life:
    Analyze, understand and interpret financial & transactional data supporting monthly journal entries; make recommendations when/where necessary
    Month end financial close activities; including necessary journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting analysis, etc.
    Analyze variances, understand drivers and trends. Assist in development and preparation of regular management reporting

    Support and participate in the annual planning & monthly forecasting process; ensure plans and forecasts are aligned with Business Unit and Corporate Goals.

    Provide support for Business Unit capital spending, including assistance with plan and forecasts, along with development and preparation of regular reporting
    Clearly and concisely communicate as needed on Business Unit results, Forecast/plan and other matters to leadership
    Performs special projects

    What you will Bring:
    Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
    3 years of financial analysis experience
    Preferred
    Master's Degree
    5 years of experience in a Manufacturing organization
