**Job Description**
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing and able to learn new skills, adapt to ever changing customer needs, and is excited to be guiding customers along the sales path. An entrepreneurial spirit is a plus for this unique position, and constructive, developmental, ideas are welcomed and encouraged The ideal candidate has strong telephone and interpersonal skills, and is prepared to continue growing in our healthy and supportive work environment.
**Qualifications**
At least one previous role based in customer service experience

**Responsibilities**.
Answer inbound calls for the sales department
Respond quickly to internet sales leads.
Utilize CRM tracking systems, including scripts for emails, phone calls, and texts.
Collaborate with teammates on how to continuously improve the customer care center, share ideas, test staregatizes, and analyze results.
Work with different departments at the dealership to improve overall knowledge of the sales processes
Develop campaign strategies that drive retail sales and service appointments.
