What to expect:


  • As a Group Leader Radio Network Planning, you will be responsible for both indoor and outdoor (radio coverage) planning of mobile networks, including special and large customer projects in the regional radio network.
  • You will plan the use of investment funds for future network expansion, network modernization, and special projects in the radio network.
  • You will design and plan the radio network.
  • You will ensure a futureproof network expansion as the basis for an excellent customer experience (technology, performance, robustness, quality).
  • You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees.
  • You will manage budget and costs in close coordination with central network planning and network deployment.

What sets you apart:


  • A degree in a technical or scientific field and at least 5 years of professional experience in network planning and/or project management in the telecommunications industry, or a comparable qualification.
  • Project experience in the telecommunications sector and excellent project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the networks of various access variants of Vodafone Germany across all sections and levels, including the technologies used and their infrastructure.
