Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a
Bookkeeping Supervisor for our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?:

Within the Treasury Management Department, the Bookkeeping Supervisor is a member of and oversees the Bookkeeping Team, assisting the Asst.

Accounting Director to ensure that the department meets its deadlines.

The Bookkeeping Supervisor provides support and coaching for the Bookkeepers and serves as a communications liaison between the Bookkeepers and Corporate Management teams.

The Treasury Management Department's job is to accurately record and report on the status of cash, assist in the movement of cash, and guard the security of the company's cash.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Review and approve timecards and time off requests for Bookkeepers, perform annual employee evaluations and compensation reviews
Track positive pay exceptions and process check fraud claims
Back up and assist Asst. Accounting Director with posting daily online homebuyer ACH cash receipt transactions processed through Stripe
Identify, code and post daily electronic cash receipt transactions reported through Kyriba, update rules and coding in Kyriba as necessary, and ensure relevant back up is available in Feith
Prepare assigned bank reconciliations, including local disbursements for multiple divisions, and review reconciliations prepared by other Bookkeepers, including Joint Venture accounts
Provide information as requested to other departments regarding homebuyer payments and miscellaneous cash receipts
Back up and assist Accounting Director to process requests for cashier's checks
Back up and assist with transmitting electronic files containing AP transactions via bank websites
Ensure workload is covered and delegated equitably amongst Bookkeepers, provide support and assistance as needed, monitor for timeliness and accuracy

Able to manage a team of professionals and assist them in meeting deadlines

Do you have these qualifications?:

Essential:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or businessrelated field
5 years' experience in Treasury or related field
Knowledge of banking systems and processes
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
