About the State Park Inns:
The Indiana State Park Inns are one of the oldest state parks lodging systems in the country. We proudly operate seven unique and beautiful facilities throughout our great state of Indiana that offer a unique experience for guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature and make memories naturally
Potawatomi Inn:
The historic Potawatomi Inn, located within Pokagon State Park, sits along the shore of one of Indiana's largest lakes, Lake James, in Angola, Indiana.
The inn features 126 guest rooms, 12 cabins, two onsite restaurants (Lakeview Restaurant and the Courtyard Café), an indoor pool, and 10,000 square feet of banquet/conference space.
Role Overview:

Indiana State Park Inns' workers provide friendly customer service while ensuring the general upkeep of the Inns to provide guests with a high-quality experience.
Housekeepers are responsible for performing cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly space for guests. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning guest rooms, emptying trash, and vacuuming.What You'll Need for Success:
- This role should expect to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May be required to wear an Indiana State Park Innsprovided uniform.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take care of guests' needs in a professional manner.
Benefits of Employment with the State Park Inns
Indiana State Park Inns supplements its full-time workforce with intermittent or part-time employees to effectively manage the workload, plan for employee absences, and other situations.
Intermittent:
Employees who work less than 30 hours per week are placed in intermittent positions. Intermittent employees are not eligible for benefits.
Part-time: Employees who work 30-36 hours per week and are placed in a part-time position. These positions' hours may vary per week depending on the business needs and staffing levels within the operations.
They will be eligible for a limited benefits package which includes medical insurance, paid time off, and new parent leave.
