Description

It is the Restaurant Busser's responsibility to clean and properly set tables, set up coffee urns and drinks, restock inventory, and keep the floors clean and maintained.

In general, it is the busser's job to maintain cleanliness of the restrooms, perimeter of the building, and main eating areas.

Bussers will work closely with servers and host/hostesses to ensure guests receive excellent service, and come back time and time again.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift 70lbs (lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70lbs multiple times per shift)
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time (68 hours)
Ability to read and speak fluently in English
Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise in order to answer telephone and respond to guest requests
