Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting up, operating and calibrating CNC machine to make components for plumbing tool and marking tool product lines.

Responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment and ensuring safety standards are met. Produce accurate components based on product designs and perform quality assurance inspections on final products. Calibrates machines

Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and equipment
• Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment
• Set up and operate machine tools for turning including Swiss
• Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures
• Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications
• Abide by company safety guidelines
• Inspect, maintain, set up and calibrate industrial equipment
• Following strict safety and quality guidelines when operating CNC machines
• Regular predictable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Training and understanding of CNC Programming
• 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines in a production environment
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings
• Knowledge of properties of metal and other materials
• Knowledge of reading micrometers, calipers and gauges
• Basic math skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$ $25.00 per hour
