Description
We're looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. Part-Time Position, Flexible schedule, 10 to 12 hours per week.

You'll play a key role in building our brand's online presence, engaging with industry influencers, creating compelling branded content across our social media platforms, and keeping the team updated with monthly analytic reports.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 Per Hour


Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop creative and engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.

Social Media Management:

You will help manage our social media accounts by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with our audience to build relationships and promote our listings and services.

Listing Promotion:

Promote our property listings through various channels, including social media platforms, online classifieds, and real estate websites

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.


Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to create compelling SEO content through text, images, and video.
