Your tasks

As part of our corporate sustainability department, we are responsible for implementing and further developing our sustainability strategy. As a member of our team, you will accompany the development and implementation of new concepts, guidelines, and processes, and shape internal and external sustainability communication. Topics such as LkSG, CSRD, PCF, EcoVadis, and CDP are part of our daily business. We value flat hierarchies and an open and supportive working environment.

Your possible tasks:

Further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, goals, and KPIs, involving relevant internal and external stakeholders
Preparation of decision templates for the executive board and the sustainability council
Analysis of the current situation on various sustainability topics and decision-making on the introduction of new concepts, guidelines, processes, and tools
Management of various projects along strategic action areas (e.g. sustainable product design, responsible supply chain, Scope 3)
Responsibility for internal and external sustainability reporting, including relevant ratings
Improvement of sustainability awareness throughout the organization through training, communication, and awareness campaigns
Contact person for customers, investors, and departments regarding sustainability-related issues
