HR Business Partner wanted (m/f/d)

Location (Direct vicinity to Langen/Dreieich/Darmstadt - Rhein Main area)

We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for a leading manufacturer and solution provider in mechanical engineering, located between Frankfurt and Darmstadt. The company is part of an international group with employees worldwide.

The salary range for this position is up to Euro in full-time, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job profile:

Consulting and support for executives and employees in all HR-related matters
Involvement in the development and implementation of measures for personnel development
Trustworthy cooperation with the works council in matters of individual and collective labor law
Independent execution of recruitment processes
Planning, coordination, and implementation of individual personnel measures
Organization and implementation of operational reintegration management
Participation in the conception, implementation, and further development of HR management systems and processes
Participation in the conception, implementation, and further development of compensation and benefits structures and systems

Requirements:

Ideally, a completed relevant degree with a focus on HR or equivalent and several years of professional experience in a similar role. You also
