Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic plan for catering and conference services
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with clients to create customized event packages and menus
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in catering and conference services management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven sales and business development acumen
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
Proficiency in event planning software and technology
