    full-time Marketing Specialist

    to join our innovative team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. With

    a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000

    plus

    an enticing $12,000 bonus opportunity

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING SPECIALIST:

    In this rewarding position, your day kicks off with a strategic planning session, where you collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft marketing campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

    Armed with your analytical prowess and creative vision, you dive into market research, uncovering insights that fuel your next big idea.

    With laser-focused precision, you fine-tune our digital presence, optimizing our website and social media channels to maximize engagement and drive results.

    As the day unfolds, you seamlessly juggle multiple projects, from organizing promotions to analyzing campaign performance. Your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment is matched only by your unwavering commitment to excellence. At the end of the day, you reflect on your accomplishments with a sense of pride. Your strategic initiatives are shaping the future of our company, setting new standards of excellence for Yellowhammer.


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Proficiency in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your talent
    Experience in website and social media management
    Strong communication and collaboration skills
    Ability to execute monthly promotions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    Ability to create appealing value propositions with effective content for targeting personas
    Ability to capture customer and employee personas
    Willingness to collaborate with SEO and marketing vendors


    WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:


    This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA with your high-speed internet connection.

    Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel (5% annually) for team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
