Creating Fascinating Things:
Your Responsibilities

Managing the CRM system (MS-Dynamics) for sales and customer service departments
Administering, configuring, and developing the CRM system
Supporting accompanying software such as SharePoint solutions or addons, as well as interfaces
Ensuring user support during implementation and operation
Creating and adapting apps for specific system usage, as well as designing and optimizing underlying data models

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Completed education in computer science or alternatively, a degree in business informatics or computer science
Previous experience as an MS Dynamics 365 developer preferred
Knowledge of JavaScript, PowerBI, and Microsoft Flows is advantageous
Experience in agile project management and process management desired
Good German and English language skills
Willingness to travel
Strong customer and service orientation
High level of initiative, teamwork, flexibility, and good communication skills
