FLEET COORDINATOR

Reports to: Fleet Director

Job Description

Selects Fleet Coordinator performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. The coordinator also ensures title transactions are processed and managed in a timely fashion. This includes assisting with title tracking, record keeping, and reporting. Provides timely and accurate reports as required.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

Adding and updating asset information to TMW template
Update transfers within all lessor systems
Create warranty work orders and generate claims with MFGs
Overflow support for work order entry
Create disposal recap for each entity
Complete truck transfers with Motive
Transfer approvals in KPA
Review Donlen nonrental maintenance invoice
TMW daily upload of license and title templates
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong excel and data management knowledge
License and title experience, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel and Word.
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills/bilingual a plus.
Prefer enthusiastic, self-motivated people with a desire to learn and help others.
Ability to lead and influence others.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities frequently change.
Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.

Physical Demands and Exposures

This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
Monday Friday, 8am-5pm.
Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
