The General Manager is an individual who leads and partners with the operations leadership team and brand support team to drive performance in sales, execution, reporting, analysis, training & continuous improvement.
A leader who is dedicated to driving performance while mentoring and coaching the team.~3+ years of GM experience in high volume restaurant with background in P&L management and labor cost, and multi revenue centers.
~ A champion of the culture and the brand standards and comfortable with corporate set initiatives.
~ Be responsible for the over-all management of all facets of the operation.
Teach, coach, lead and motivate the team while managing the day-to-day operations of running a restaurant.
Own financial reporting, evaluation & analysis.
Oversee the sourcing, training and scheduling for impact and results.
Deliver quality results in financial performance by proactively driving sales and managing financials to the bottom line.
