    Description

    Solutions Architect Clearance:
    Active Top Secret or Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

    Location:

    Herndon, VA (Hybrid), available to be customer sites in the DC metro area As a Finch AI Solutions Architect, you join a dynamic team playing a pivotal role as a trusted advisor to our customers, driving business value, attain new accounts and grow existing accounts.

    You'll accomplish this by leading customers to solutions by demonstrating and teaching Finch AI products to prospective customers, new users and consulting on best practices.

    You will participate in technical discussions with data scientists and software engineers, then demonstrate our value in business discussions with directors and executives.

    The goal is to enable our customers to become successful and enthusiastic about Finch AI.

    Responsibilities:

    • In partnership with the sales team, you will help formulate and execute sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of Finch AI and its partner solutions.
    • Regularly engage with clients for both virtual and on-site calls, educate the product roadmap, managing escalations, while influencing our roadmap in partnership with our Product team.
    • Develop and write use cases to map to prospective customer's business objectives.
    • Act as a strategic technical leader to provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote & accelerate partner engagements.
    • Spearhead new opportunities in which Finch AI can provide the most value that will drive renewals and new accounts.
    • Maintain product expertise across the Finch AI product line, API's, and integrations.
    • Ensure customer & partner success in designing, building and migrating applications, software, and services on the Finch AI platform.
    • Be a Finch AI evangelist; educate customers & partners the Finch AI value proposition.
    • Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers & partners to enable them to be Finch AI advocates.
    • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst product and technical teams

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Solutions Engineer, preferably in the tech AI/ML SaaS sector.
    • Strong preference to experience delivering products and services to the DoD and IC community.
    • Conceptual or technical experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Conceptual or real experience with Graph Databases, NLP or LLM's.
    • Conceptual or technical experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
    • Conceptual knowledge or technical experience with programming languages (Python, R, Java, Go, etc)
    • Understanding of data integration practices to extend our capabilities with customer data needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts

    Bonus:

    • Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies and lifecycle (feature generation, model training, model deployment, batch and real time scoring via REST APIs) and engineering considerations
