As a Maintenance Technician II, you will use your skills to support the maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building.

You will have the opportunity to install, maintain and repair conveyance and distribution equipment and other warehouse parts-moving equipment, and diagnose and troubleshoot such machinery and equipment.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors and other partsmoving equipment at customer sites to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling equipment which includes belts, motors, photoeyes, relays, and more
• Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including evenings and weekends, to address critical issues such as equipment breakdowns or facility safety concerns
• Track and store department inventory
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and parts inventory
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies and participates in safety training and initiatives
• Identify and order necessary replacement parts and materials to maintain efficient inventory levels
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in maintenance activities
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
• Maintain positive working relationships with all teams
• Perform other related duties, as assigned by the manager
• Occasional travel may be required

• You have a strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• You have experience with industrial hand tools and equipment
• You are knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep of conveyors and other warehouse partsmoving equipment
• You are an excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• You are a strong communicator with interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, vocational, or technical training in maintenance or a related field is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role is required

• You must be able to move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• You must be able to work any shift to be considered for the position, which may include nights and weekends
