We are currently seeking a
Care Service Employee (m/f/d) for our Community Living for chronically mentally ill individuals in Freital, Indian Springs Village, AL.

This position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent.

Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing individual care, activities, and leisure measures
Promoting residents according to care planning
Performing basic care and simple medical treatment
Creating care plans and focus areas
Working in a case management system
Accompanying residents to doctor's appointments

Requirements:

Degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Education, or Nursing or additional training in special or educational needs
Preferably experience with chronically mentally ill adults and/or in disability support
Empathetic and open approach towards residents
Good organizational skills
Reliability, mental resilience, and teamwork
Shift work, including weekends and holidays
Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
