We are currently looking for an Inhouse Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team at Apleona Wolfferts GmbH in Goodlettsville.

Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruiting process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will be the main point of contact for our employees and management regarding all recruiting activities and relevant questions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new and innovative recruiting trends, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and creating marketing concepts for our locations.

You will actively reach out to potential candidates through career networks such as LinkedIn and Xing, using your individual personality to attract new talent to our company.

You will also contribute your ideas to our social media presence and employer branding efforts to increase our visibility as an employer.

Representing the company at recruiting events and job fairs, you will actively expand your network.

What you bring:

A completed education or degree
Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in a consulting, service, or corporate environment
Experience in active sourcing through social media and career networks
Enjoyment of working collaboratively with colleagues and developing HR topics together
High selfmotivation and initiative, as well as a selfsufficient and structured way of working
Strong social skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
