ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues by exceeding our mission statement.
  • Develop, document, and uphold procedures for system processes and configurations.
  • Manage vendor relationships with software/hardware providers.
  • Aid in the implementation of release management and planning efforts.
  • Identify system misconfigurations and misuse, suggesting resolutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with Directors and Managers.
  • Develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures.
  • Understand forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, inventory controls, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor and adhere to departmental budget through effective processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive changes.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Promote safety, quality, and productivity practices.
  • Coordinate training and development for subordinates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control standards.
  • Portray a positive image of the organization to guests and vendors.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Perform assigned duties and any additional tasks.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all employees of the IT Information Systems Department directly and indirectly. Uphold organization policies and laws, oversee departmental operations, and handle employee-related matters.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years in a Supervisory/Management role.
CERTIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass random drug screenings.
- Clear background suitability investigation.
- Obtain Tribal Gaming License and other necessary certifications.
- Provide eligibility proof to work in the United States.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requirements may include talking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, lifting weights, and performing repetitive movements. Specific vision abilities are necessary for the job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work conditions may include exposure to loud noises, low-light environments, and physical activities.
