• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
• Acculynx software to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide expert advice on roofing products, services, and solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct outside sales visits to residential and commercial properties

• Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or related field
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences
• Prior experience in outside sales is preferred
