Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster new business growth.

Strategic Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate opportunities strategically and allocate time effectively.

Internal Communication and Alignment: Facilitate effective communication among internal departments during new project design, ultimately driving sales.

Sales Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain records of relevant sales activity.
-
Organizational Skills: Demonstrate the ability to stay organized, utilize client portals for bid entry, and manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Market Awareness: Support the development of sales and marketing strategies by staying informed about current market conditions.

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant Industrial Sales Experience.

Experience: 5+ years of successful sales experience.
-
Business Development: Experience with Engineering Firms is a plus.
-
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to stay engaged over long sales cycles.
-
Relationship Building: Proven experience in building strong business relationships.
-
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel to Canada and the US.
