Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Technical sales or technology sales experience is preferred but not required
- Account management experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

$69, $82,541.00 per year
