SUMMARY
Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls, and directs callers to appropriate personnel. The ability to efficiently multi-task and must be detail-orientated. Provide administrative assistance to all departments by performing the following duties.

Hours: 7:30 to 4 PM


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Daily Duties:


  • Answer phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Pick up, sort and distribute mail
  • Distribute incoming faxes
  • Distribute incoming sales orders
  • Prepare and distribute daily customer check deposit summary
  • Meeting preparation and planning
  • Manage copy machines and mail machine
  • Maintain and stock kitchen area

On Needed Basis Duties:


  • Assist ownership
  • Assist Directors
  • Assist office staff with clerical duties
  • Be willing to perform other duties that may be outside your normal work functions as directed by management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


One year certificate from college or technical school: or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have basic computer knowledge.
