Key Responsibilities:

Research potential new project sites, including real estate, permitting, environmental, and other development attributes and make recommendations on which sites to pursue
Lead market research about potential opportunities, customers, and competitors, analyze data, and formulate a summary and/or recommendation to present internally
Coordinate with development, finance, engineering, market operations and other departments to develop solutions for customers, including assisting in the development of proposals and pricing for opportunities
Prepare and maintain project budgets, project schedules, and project financial models, in collaboration with development and finance teams
Vet and prepare documents for legal and commercial review and execution
Assist with management of project consultants
Prepare and process scheduled payments for project activities
Manage reporting needs to upper management and internal approval processes

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Unafraid to work hard, and take ownership and initiative in order to be effective within a highly motivated, fastmoving team
Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with limited information
Eager to wear multiple hats depending on business need and project priorities
A desire to grow in the role and take on more and more responsibility with an eye towards eventually owning projects
Educational or professional focus relevant to energy, development, land use, economics or environmental science, preferably with internship or related experience in the renewable energy development industry
Familiarity with energy storage technologies and deployments is preferred
Experience collaborating with diverse teams to successfully deliver complex projects
