Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time NOC Shift


Location:
Covenant Living of Turlock - Turlock, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care through assessment, monitoring, and direct care to residents.
  • Direct and monitor LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of nursing care.
  • Assist in staff orientation, training, and motivation to maintain exceptional care.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing, addressing concerns and suggesting improvements.
  • Evaluate residents' health and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff and physicians.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an approved nursing school with current RN license.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience required.
  • Devotion to professional nursing standards and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine compassion for senior adults.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range based on experience.
