Seeking marine labor or a top skilled tradesperson. 4 million dollar custom yacht in final phase inside our otay boatyard, dedicated to this one vessel.

The yacht builder will help explain, THEN LISTEN TO how You will complete each task, then inspect progress to help you be successful.

Commissioning task involving, wood, electronics, fabrics, hydraulics, eng. Start ups, wiring, fabricating, cutting, welding, painting, mechanical.

Person needs to know what every tool is called and be able to organize tool room, tool bags and parts room, bring to and from boat.

No criminal records involving theft.

You determine your pay rate:

Entry level subs usually bill us up to 20-$25 an hr average, mid level skills good at cutting and measuring 30/hrs, senior level skill (you can explain how you will complete without builders input) $45-65, master level engine or sewing skill $75/hr-$100 this level usually are confident enough to give us fixed price bids and work statements vs hourly.

Progress billed weekly/printed paper invoice/paid within 24hrs.

be lazy, tired, out of shape, heavy tobacco user, miss work assignments, lies, sloppy, unable to protect boat, unable to add value or help boat get finished, unwilling to pick up trash or not willing to be a real help to yacht builders every motion.

Best time to show up to take a look is at 8am sharp. Boat yard san diego.
