About Us

Founded in 2017, Social Contract is a women and minority-owned social and collective impact consulting firm based in Wilmington, Delaware, serving clients domestically and internationally.

Social Contract partners with government, nonprofits, philanthropies, community leaders, and others to solve complex social problems.

Social Contract's consultants carry expertise in complex areas, including but not limited to community violence intervention, trauma-informed services and care, workforce development, affordable housing, educational policy and programming, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).

Social Contract organizes our consulting products and services around five stages: discover, design, implement, measure, and sustain.

Within these five stages, our team specializes in research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, strategic planning, grant-writing and financial sustainability planning, implementation support, project management, partnership coordination, and organizational capacity building.

How we do our work is just as important as what we do.

Our team lives by five core values:
Integrity, Courage, Evolution, Grace, and Accountability.

These values inform our deep conviction, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow alongside our clients as we confront complex social problems.
