We are currently looking for a Production Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client in the plastic industry for direct employment in the Balingen area.

Your responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary management of the department, including administrative tasks
Ensuring workplace safety and accident prevention
Planning, controlling and monitoring the production process
Recording, analyzing and continuously optimizing production performance
Ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines

Your profile:

Completed training as an industrial foreman/technician or a degree in technical business administration
Several years of experience in personnel management
Responsible, structured and a team player
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
