Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
- Assist with the organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
