Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods to the port of Long Beach and local flatbed and roll off truck loads.

Duties:

• Set up daily routing schedule for 4 company trucks
• Track inventory and request delivery appointments and bookings
• Address any issues regarding with bookings with the steamship lines
• Keep all trucks and trailers current with registration and trucking licenses

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of category management principles to optimize procurement processes
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation requirements
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain necessary certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:
