Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School/GED
  • CPR American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS
  • Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Work, OR; EMT-B, License in the State of Illinois

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Six or more months experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in person; by telephone; and computer messaging.
  • Six or more months experience in supporting physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of patients
