Description
Perform administrative and office support activities for our service team. Work directly with our customers for service related tasks.Duties may include (but are not limited to) fielding telephone calls, maintain recorded customer and service information, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and preform general clerical duties.
Software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This position will directly assist the service department. Administrative experience is necessary.This position is fulltime, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM in a professional office setting. This position does occasionally require overtime.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and Managing Telephones with Multiple Lines
- Answer incoming customer inquiries about scheduling, services, repairs, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Perform General Clerical Duties (Including but Not Limited): Faxing, Mailing, Filing, Copying
- Create & Modify Documents Using Microsoft Office (Primarily in Word or Excel)
- Invoice and Paperwork Processing
- Supporting an Office Staff in Assigned Project Based Work
- Other Duties as Assigned & Misc. Data Entry
Qualifications and Skills
- A (2) Year Minimum of Administrative Work Experience.
