About the Role:
This position involves developing new business through marketing initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring portfolio profitability and credit quality. As part of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing loans, providing guidance to Loan Officers, and promoting financial services.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree with a focus on agriculture or business administration
- Minimum of 5 years of banking or agricultural lending experience
- Demonstrated credit and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in an office setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team
- Occasional travel may be required
Remote/In-Person Work:
For part-time remote/hybrid roles, employees will have a mix of remote and onsite work. Schedules will be determined in collaboration with managers.
Compensation:
Annual salary range: $114,867.46 - $179,480.41
All employment is subject to eligibility to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
