Administrative Employee (m/f/d) for Export and Order Processing

Location: Karlsruhe (Baden)Type of employment: Part-time - flexible

Your responsibilities:

Processing domestic and export orders
Creating export documents and handling export formalities for worldwide deliveries
Complete and timely handling of customer inquiries
Communication with the sales team and sales management
Filing of various documents
Recording and managing customer master data
Order processing

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or completed apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, forwarding agent, industrial clerk, or equivalent qualifications
Experience in order processing and good computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
Experience in customs clearance desired
Structured work style
Analytical thinking skills and a sense of quality and responsibility
Reliability and teamwork
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
