Position Overview:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • Preferred 3+ working experience in a marketing capacity (offline, digital, and analytical marketing roles)
  • Preferred 35 years of experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM, marketing software, ideally experience with both
  • A deep interest in automation as it pertains to improving efficiency for our operation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in metricsfocused, datadriven decision making
  • Creative and strategic "entrepreneurial" thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organized and methodical
  • Selfmotivated and proactive

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the management team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Support essential operations initiatives in Hubspot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Manage external partnerships with vendors where appropriate
  • Manage internal communications for marketing promotions and company newsletters
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including database and prospect list management, and list cleaning

Compensation:


  • Base Salary from $100,000
  • Uncapped Commissions
